It goes without saying that when you enter into an agreement with anyone, especially when the agreement involves money, you want to know what you can expect from that agreement.

Because there are a lot of grey areas when working with artists, and because a lot of people who order art from me are first-timers, I wanted to put together a clear and concise terms of service page that outlines what rights my patrons have, as well as what rights I retain once my work is completed and delivered.
