This page is for volunteers who wish to enter themselves into Ash Something’s Art Model Database of references.
Do not fill out this form unless you are 18 years of age or older.
This form acts as a Model Release form and is therefore a legally binding agreement which acts as a license for use of the photographs/IP you provide.

Model Release and At-Will Submissions

Please fill out this form and submit if you wish to provide photographs of yourself to be added to the Ash Something Art reference database.
Models must be 18 years or older and legally able to enter into an agreement of their own volition.
Filling out this form is completely optional and at-will.

Please note that if you consent to this, Ash Something Art will download individual photos that they believe will be a benefit to the database, and will not be “Scraping” or using any form of bot that takes mass amounts of media from your socials to obtain all of your content.(required)

Yes, I consent for Ash to expand the model database with individual photos they find on my social media profiles. No, I would prefer Ash only use the photos I have provided and I do not consent to them taking images from other sources.

Ash Something Art does work in many 18+/NSFW themes, and because of this requires that all models are 18 Years Old or Older. Please provide a Google Drive or Dropbox link to a photo of your legal ID for age verification. This file can be included in the folder provided in the prior question, but please provide a separate link to the file nonetheless.

Ash Something Art may use you likeness to create artwork to be sold as prints and merchandise published commercially under the brands Ash Something Art, The Ubiquitous Dr Strangelove or Hof Lokabrenna, as well as to advertise and market the services provided by Ash Something Art. If this option is allowed you will be granted the ASA-BC license in place of the ASA-NC license, and allowed to also use the artwork for your own commercial reasons. This license does not allow you to copyright or claim ownership of the art.(required)

I hereby consent for my likeness to be used in artwork and IP and grant Ash Something Art and any of their subsidiary Brands a license to use my likeness and the images/content I provide for commercial use under these terms. I do not consent to my likeness being used commercially.

Ash Something Art may use you likeness to create artwork that is safe for all ages (“General or Safe For Work [SFW] Works”) and include cartoon style works and SFW/Fully Clothed pinups, character designs based on you, portraits makeup designs and so on.(required)

Ash Something Art may use you likeness to create artwork which may be considered sexualized and idealized in nature (“General NSFW” “Pinup” or “Lewd” works), which may include scantily clad or semi-nude, artistic nude, or implied nude depictions(required)

I consent to have my likeness used in General NSFW, Pinup and Lewd artworks I do not consent to my likeness being used in General NSFW, Pinup and Lewd artworks.

Ash Something Art may use your likeness to create artwork which may be considered erotic or pornographic in nature (“Erotic Works” and “Fetish Works”) which may include full nude displays of genitals and sex acts, and may involve a variety of “mainstream” fetish themes including D/S Dynamics, spanking ad impact play, latex, leather, fishnet, stockings, as well as bodily fluids, ruined makeup, various costume/role play fantasies and so on.(required)

I consent to have my likeness used in Erotic and Fetish artworks. I do not consent to have my likeness used in Erotic or Fetish artworks.

Ash Something Art may use your likeness to create artwork which is universally considered unsavory or sensitive and may include themes such as Consensual Nonconsent, Gore, Cannibalism, Death, Decapitation, Dismemberment etc and these works MAY also be sexualized or pornographic (“Sensitive Works” and “Hardcore Fetish Works”) which may portray your likeness in either the “Victim” or “Victimizer” role. These artworks will put a focus on consensual and willing participation in these situations and will not include themes of Rape of lack of consent.(required)

I consent to have my likeness used in any Hardcore and Sensitive NSFW work I consent to have my likeness used only in non-sexual/pornographic Hardcore and Sensitive NSFW Work I do not consent to Hardcore or Sensitive NSFW work

Ash Something Art prefers to respect and adhere to the limits and boundaries of models, and therefore please state any limits or boundaries which you have not already consented or declined consent to above, as it pertains to how Ash Something Art portrays you in art and IP. This section may be as long as you need, so that you can state any boundaries you need to address.

Consent to Ash Something Art’s Terms of Service(required)

I have read and consent to the Terms of Service, and the terms outlined in this form. I understand that the terms in this form differ from and are in addition to the terms outlined in the Terms of Service, and I have also read and agree to the terms outlined here.

Consent to grant License of Use to Ash Something Art for the provided photographs/IP.(required)

I hereby grant Ash Something Art and their subsidiary brands The Ubiquitous Dr Strangelove and Hof Lokabrenna a non-exclusive and non-transferable license in perpetuity to use the photographs/media I have personally submitted via the link I have provided above, as references in the creation of artwork and IP branded under the name Ash Something Art and their subsidiary brands. I grant permission to Ash Something Art to and their subsidiary brands to use the contents of this submitted media in part or in whole in their work as they see fit, and to modify and make derivatives of the images. I grant permission for Ash Something Art to access, store, replicate, and distribute the images to their third party affiliates and services insofar as it is required for them to create the artworks outline herein. I hereby permit Ash Something Art to store all information and content I have provided in this model release form in their offline database as proof and legal record of age verification. I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve artworks or IP made using my likeness, and understand and consent to the use and display by Ash Something Art of such artworks featuring my likeness on any and all official Ash Something Art channels, social media profiles, and online or print publications. Submission to this you understand that in doing so you willingly and consensually release to Ash Something Art a license and right-to-use any content/IP provided here by you to Ash Something Art to create artwork I understand that Ash Something Art agrees to use my content/likeness only in ways I have granted consent to above, and that I am entering into a legally binding agreement between myself and Ash Something Art, whose consent to this same agreement is implicit in their outlining of and providing these terms .

Notice of At-Will participation and Opt-Out options(required)

I understand that my submission and participation in this program is voluntary and at my own discretion. I understand that submitting this form is "Opting-In" to the Ash Something Art Model Database program, and that I can cancel and void this contract at any time by filling out the Ash Something Art Model Database Opt-Out form located here (and linked above on the left): http://www.ashsomething.art/model-database-opt-out I also understand and agree that the licenses, permissions and waivers I have provided with this model release are in perpetuity, meaning they will not expire over time, and that the only way to revoke these licenses or permissions is by Opting Out of the program via the link above. I also understand and agree that once an artwork or other IP has been created by Ash Something Art using my provided photographs and likeness, that their right/ownership to that Artwork/IP is irrevocable by me despite containing my likeness- and I therefore also understand and agree that while opting out revokes FUTURE rights and protections (starting from the day and time which my opt-out request is submitted) granted to Ash Something Art by the licenses, permissions and waivers I have provided and consented to herein, that Opting Out does not revoke the licenses, permissions and waivers I have granted to Ash Something Art herein as they pertain to artworks and IP created before the date and time of my opt-out request.

Notice of License by Ash Something Art granted on Artworks Containing Model Likeness(required)

I understand and accept that Ash Something Art provides to me a complimentary noncommercial license (ASA-NC/ Basic Noncommercial, as outlined in the Terms of service) on any and all artwork which depicts my likeness (but not those in which the artwork is stylized beyond being able to identify and recognize me) and I agree to adhere to the terms of this license once it has been provided.

Release of Intent for Compensation/Reimbursement/Royalties.(required)

I hereby certify that I have granted the above-mentioned license and permissions of my own volition, as a volunteer, and without the expectation of or intent to pursue compensation, reimbursement, or royalties, due to Ash Something Art's use of the content I have provided, AND I hereby waive my right to pursue compensation, and as such I hereby waive my right to pursue compensation, reimbursements or royalties for any art created with my likeness by Ash Something Art or their subsidiary brands.

Indemnification Agreement

I understand that Ash Something Art does artwork that is only suitable for people ages 18+ and that my association with them via this program may cause a loss of or increase in online followers on social media, customers and clients, and overall fanbase of my own. I understand and agree that Ash Something Art cannot be held responsible for these changes as they are a result of public opinion. I understand that Ash Something Art has provided a way to opt out of the program, and provided a way to limit my connection to the art they make in the event that I am uncomfortable with this idea, by providing a space to state that I do not wish to be tagged or named in the art when I provided my limits above. I therefore hereby indemnify Ash Something Art against any and all damages, loss of income, or other negative affects that occur as a result of Ash Something Art using my likeness in their work in the ways specified by and agreed to in this document.

Notice of Legally Binding Agreement(required)

I understand and am aware that filling this form constitutes a legally binding agreement between myself and Ash Something Art in the form of a Model Release and License For Use over the IP I have provided, as outlined in the terms of this agreement

Agreement to Ash Something Art’s Terms of Service(required)

I have read and agree to the Terms of Service, and the terms outlined in this form. I understand that the terms in this form differ from and are in addition to the terms outlined in the Terms of Service, and I have read and agree to the additional terms outlined on this form.
