On this page you will find information regarding the licenses that I offer for commissions.
Please note that the following licenses are applicable to and only available for purchase on SINGLE artworks, ordered by individuals and small businesses I refer to these types of works as Commission Projects.

For projects which have multiple artworks, long-term projects and those which require much more involved agreements, which are often the kinds of Work-For-Hire agreements requested by publications, studios, and other larger businesses and corporations- I refer to these kinds of work as Contract Projects. Contract projects are oftene xpected to be Work-For-Hire and they expect me to give up my rights to the work once it has been completed- i.e. they are expected to be Exclusive licenses, and these licenses tend to cover the entire scope of the work including assets or “pieces” of art that I may create during the span of the contract. Because of the much more involved scope of Contract projects, they often require legal contracts that go into much more depth than the following licenses allow for (Including clauses such as Nondisclosure Agreements, , and as such are drafted into the actual contract that I will write out with you after we discuss your budget, the expectations you have, rights you require over the work, and so on and so forth.
The pricing for commercial use often involved either royalty agreements or much higher Up-Front licensing fees.
