Opting Out, What to Expect:
When you submit this form, I will delete the folder stored on my computer that has your photos/media and permissions in it. Opting-Out cannot be undone, and if you change your mind later you must go through the full submission process again.
Please be aware that your Opting Out goes into affect on the date and time you submit this form, and any license granted to me over the use of your content in art that has already been completed cannot be rescinded, as it pertains to that specific artwork, as outlined in the terms of the Reference Model Submissions form- it does however, prevent me from making NEW work with the same image(s).
